This year's 7th Open Source CFD International Conference 2013 will be held in Hamburg, Germany at Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Hamburg, overlooking the beautiful Alster Lake.

The annual Open Source CFD International Conference is the definitive, long standing industry-focused event for simulation process based on open source CFD technologies. The conference attracts experts from academia and industry who each year share their views and experiences on deployment of such technologies. Industry segments which are represented include, but are not limited to, Oil & Gas, Steelmaking, Automotive, Motorsport, IT, Chemical, Tobacco Industry, Defence and Security, Renewable Energy and Consulting Engineering.
Join other presenters and delegates for the 7th International Conference, to be held on 24th and 25th October in Hamburg, Germany. Over the two days, typically up to 35 papers are presented (some in parallel sessions) with a networking conference dinner at the close of the first day.
The conference, which is supported by various sponsors and exhibitors (Intel® has been Principal Sponsor for over five years), accommodates main presenters, poster presentations and keynote speakers. Past keynote speakers have included Kitware, Audi, Procter & Gamble, Volkswagen, and NTUA. We are delighted to announce Jon Gunner, Technical Director at Koenigsegg, as the opening Industrial Keynote Speaker on Thursday 24th October and Prof. Eric Paterson, Head of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering Department at Virginia Tech, delivering the Academic Keynote. Both speakers bring a wealth of knowledge from their diverse backgrounds and professional sectors.
ICON, the conference hosts, together with partner companies offer pre-conference training courses, further maximising educational opportunities for attendees.
