Abstracts of 300-500 words are invited for a broad range of topics and should aim to demonstrate how adoption of Open Source CFD software is moving CAE process forward.

The following types of participation are all available at the event:

• Oral (Slides) Presentation + Written Paper;
• Oral (Slides) Presentation only;
• Poster Presentation + Written Paper;
• Poster Presentation only.

All written materials and presentations at the event will be in English.

All written papers will be reviewed.

All written papers, slide presentations and posters require the author to present their work in person at the conference. If the author is not able to attend the conference he may submit his work to be published in our Technology Gallery.

Presenting authors are entitled to a reduced delegate registration fee (one presenter per paper). Select "Principal Presenter" product when registering. Note that final attendance at the reduced rate is subject to written confirmation that your abstract has been accepted. Co-authors who wish to participate should register as Standard Delegates.

Presenting authors are to register before Friday, October 5th. Failure to register may result in cancellation of the presentation slot.

* Slides must be submitted by 10th October in order to be included in CD-ROM & online proceedings.

** Posters must be submitted by 15th October in order to be printed by the organisers. If the author wishes to print the poster himself, an electronic copy must be submitted by 17th October in order to be included in CD-ROM & online proceedings.
